  Story:
  Ken (Danny Chan)'s his parents and brother, Paul (Paul Chong) were all busy with their work. Paul is a famous DJ in the radio station, and in very good relations with Ken. Ken's uncle is a poor artist (Chen Jian Xin), and not in good terms with Ken's father. He was only chatty with Ken. On Ken's 18 birthday, his parents have forgotten, Paul has no time, only left Ken's good friends to celebrate with him. One day, Ken met Julie at the school library and became good friend. Ken and Gigo (Leslie Cheung) were no in good terms and decided to pit their skills in the Part Time Singing Competition. One day, Ken helps Paul to be DJ for a day, and accidentally made Paul being jobless. Julie broke off with Ken without any reason and his uncle's sudden death, the double setback made him in depression. Finally he won first in the singing competition.

  Story:
  Ji (Danny Chan), Fa (Yan Qiu Hua) and Fui (Huang Jia Fa) were three good friends studying in a boy¡¦s school. They often quarrel and fight with the neighbor class students. Ji and Wen (Yung Ching Ching) were lovers. Hui (Teresa Mo) likes Ji but dares not tell Hui about it. Later Wen plans to go to Canada for further studies. Before she left Hong Kong, she went camping with Ji. Wen when climbing the mountain, wanted to pluck a flower and fell to death. Ji was very sad and give up on himself. Hui encouraged him and even disclosed her love for him. Fui secretly fell in love with Ms Gao, the teacher. Fa wrote a love letter to her using Fui's name. The school found out about this matter and both were expelled from the school. Being in the same boat, both went to look for a job. Fui worked in a hair dressing shop, and later even got first in the hair design competition. On the other hand, Ji and Fa break the law when Ji was trying to save his sister.

  Story:
  Danny (Danny Chan) and Paul (Paul Chong) were from a rich family. Danny is quiet, reserved and loves music. Paul is active and sporty, both were dotes by their parents. Danny and Paul were from the same school. They got to know Leslie (Leslie Cheung). One day, three of them had a row with their schoolmates. They used white mice to gamble and were discovered by the school. Leslie shouldered all the responsibility. Thus Danny and Paul took him as an idol. After graduation, Paul wanted to further studies in overseas. Danny wanted to attend music course, but his father disapproved. Danny to fulfill his dream, left home. Danny met a girl (Xu Jie) by chance in the MTR and falls in love with her. Both worked hard to fulfill their dreams. Leslie was discovered by Danny's father that he was actually from a poor family. Leslie felt inferior, used drugs to escape from reality and he died during a drug transaction. Danny wrote a song for his girlfriend and was appreciated by a musician by chance. He finally has the chance to perform on stage.

  Story:
  Newspaper editor, Mak secretly fell in love his neighbor, Paula, a singer. She always helped him to look after his youngest son, Little Mak and her cousin Yuan was courting her. Mak's eldest son Danny (Danny Chan) has a girlfriend (Lai Yun Rui), Mak's daughter (Loretta Lee) has a boyfriend (Leslie Cheung). His children encouraged him to strive for his true love. During courtship, he created lots of jokes. From the help of his children and their friends, after some setbacks, he defeated his love enemy, and won Paula's love. In the Christmas Eve, all lovers finally together.

  Story:
  One day, a family outing resulted a love disaster for Dr Wu's (Richard Wu) family. First was his son Wu Li (Loi Fang) who met the sexy Madonna (Loretta Lee). His youngest daughter fell in love with a little hero who save her and his eldest daughter (May Lo) fell in love with her cousin (Danny Chan). Mrs Wu (Feng Bao Bao) was being chased after by her director friend (Lou Nan Guang). The relationship was in a mess and created lots of jokes but finally ended up with a happy reunion.

  Story:
  Beautiful and willful young girl Li Qi (Cherie Chung) went to America alone to study, hoping to meet her boyfriend (Danny Chan). Her distant cousin "Boat Dock" (Chow Yuen Fatt) came to fetch her upon her arrival in America. She found that her boyfriend changed his heart, being in depression, she locked herself in her room one day and the house had accidentally gas leakage. Luckily, "Boat Dock" came to her rescue and looked after her with care. She recovered and began to gain her confident back. She studies hard and found a part time job. The rough and bad mouth "Boat Dock" was regarded a poor gambler by other. He fell in love with Li Qi and began to quit smoking and gambling. He does not know how to confess his love to girl, and also felt inferior, he secretly show his concern to her. Li Qi though understood his love, but as the scar from her first love was still there, and their living standard, thoughts and hobbies were far apart, so she ignored his love. On "Boat Dock"'s birthday, Danny came looking for Li Qi, "Boat Dock" Misunderstood that they were patching up their love, he was very sad and lonely. Autumn, Li Qi found a new job, "Boat Dock" sadly sends her off, and both still hide away their love for each other. Few years later, "Boat Dock" was successful in his career, and they met again in their old place.
